SWEET PDCC #94

Hey guys!  I've missed you!  I've been distracted from crafting but, I'm baaaaaack!  Today's card is uber special because I used stamps from the Sweet Stamp Shop.  If you haven't checked them out...you should.  Their stamps are fun and quirky.  Great quality too.  Of course I have to link this card up with one my fave challenge of all time...Play Date Cafe.  Here are the juices and berries:

Hey y'all.  Recently, I was reminded of how special true friendship is.  It's not about the shopping trips, the laughs, the hour long phone convos or even the advice.  It's all about the peace and comfort that comes from knowing that there are people in the world who love you just because you are who you are.  That's a beautiful thing.  Soooo...I made a card to polarize those emotions.  I've submitted it into the Play Date Cafe challenge this week.

I LOVE and APPRECIATE my friends!  They're the real thing!

Welcome, welcome, welcome!  I want to share a fun card with you all today.  I have only used my Margarita Birthday stamp set from Skipping Stones Design once so, I decided to break it out for the Play Date Cafe challenge.  It's super cute, and super neat (yep, cute and neat ;)).  Here are the juices and berries:

Hola Bloggeritas!  It's Friday night craft madness! LOL!  No, seriously, I release all the stress of the week on Friday nights.  I craft all my cares away!  I can't believe how therapeutic crafting is.  Now if only I could get the same feeling from working out and eating only protein and veggies!

Here is one of the cards that I made during my craftherapy.  I'm entering it into the Play Date Cafe challenge for this week.  Here are the juices and berries:

The colors are suppose to be Eggplant...Fuschia...Orangesicle.

PDCC #89

Hey Bloggeritas!  It is one HOT day here in Atlanta!  My husband and I purchased a new car today and while we were at the dealership, I thought that my skin was going to melt away!  It was sooo hot!  I think we bought the car just to escape the heat! LOL! 

Anywho...my son's teacher, Ms. Shirley is celebrating her birthday tomorrow so, I wanted to make her a card because she does really well with him.  Especially during this difficult potty training ordeal!  I have decided to enter this card into the Play Date Cafe challenge as well.  Here are the juices and berries:

Well, what do you think?  It came out pretty swell if I do say so myself!  And trust me, I SAY SO!  I used a technique I learned from one of the Papertrey Ink Make It Monday challenges on the carnation.  I stamped the image onto the butter cream cardstock and then I used my Copics to give the flower definition.  I love how it pops!  Okay...talk to y'all real soon... ya hear?
