Papertrey Ink March Blog Hop - Embroidery Floss

It's me again!  Okay, I have a confession to make.  I honestly forgot that today was going to be the PTI monthly blog hop.  So, in haste at about 11pm last night I made a card and had to dig, dig, dig in my stash to find my rainbow of embroidery floss.  My mind was kind of stuck and I needed to make a masculine thank you card so, I kind of just winged it.  So, when you scroll down and see the card below...don't judge me!  :)

This focal point for the card is a combo of PTI's Delightful Doilies and Mat Stack #4.  The sentiment is from Mat Stack #4.  The card base and paper are from my scrap heap (White from PTI and the Burgundy from HL)...that thing is growing out of control!  The ink is PTI (Chai) and SU! (Cherry cobbler, Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake).  So, any who...can't wait to hop around and see the creativity and brilliant ideas everyone came up with!  Thanks for stopping by!

I think it's great... I have a confession to make, I thought the blog hop was on Thursday, so there I was racing around on Wednesday afternoon buying floss.. and then I woke up on Thursday and realized I had a whole extra day!

Your card is wonderful for making it so quickly! The simple tied floss around it is perfect for a masculine card.
